How to Convert Numbers
A number can be written in many bases. Base 10 uses the digits 0 to 9. Base 2 uses only 0 and 1. Bases above 10 use letters, so A means 10, B means 11 and so on.

- Decimal points are allowed, for example 1010.11 in base 2.
